Being an IIT-ian does not make one a good administrator automatically. Its not the qualification that matters, but the person behind it. Education is more than a few abbreviations attached to your name.

I agree with you completely. Thats what i was barking here since the time this thread was created. People were throwing stones at me then....

Lok paritran got a royal $cr** in chennai.

My friend was involved in the party's campaigning and there was lots of politics inside the party. They were supposedly selecting the candidates based on the caste,etc..
Doesn't sound too good to me

You get my 100% support. One visit to this party's website was good enough to convince me that. All I could find was a jugglery of english words, which no common man can understand (right qualification in politics!!)

No one has ever entered politics (in india) with the true spirit of helping fellow country men. Even if they do, eventually they would all give in to the money in the taking.... no one can come out clean in politics, be it an IITian or an IIMite...NO ONE

IITians......political party.....I am sure that Rang De Basanti should have instilled some inspiration for them.

I commend their courage to take this huge step. It is never easy to make such decisions...in India...when parents expect you to
work, get married and go for a streamlined life.

Hats off folks...I sincerely hope that you guys are successful.
