Hummm, maybe but i haven't seen (or myself had any problems). Need to be a little careful though. I myself remove by floaters, leather slip-ons when driving, except when driving to office in shoes which cant be removed.

Well that's what I thought and thats what most of them do, but some of the wimmin I know do manage to drive with the stilettos. How? I mean, thats a real art, driving with stilettos on.

I somehow get this scary feeling that what if the right foot wavers (the point of the heel acting as a fulcrum) and the accelator and brake pedals get mixed up. Remote chance, maybe, but still a possibility.

Women who wear STILLETOS will surely have to change the footwear to something more flat but I think its only case with stilletos because the heel is pencil thin.

Otherwise withother heels like platforms or wedges it should not be a problem to drive.

I do change the footwear if I am wearing footwear which is not comfortable to drive with. I too carry my flats then.

So basically thinner the heels more difficult to drive and if they are more than 4" inches then its very difficult.

Mansi, but that would have made it easier to do a shift between pedals ? The pencil thin end can be used a pivot to swing the toes from the acclerator to the brake ?

Condor, You have to apply certain amount of pressure for braking or accelerating so using pencil thin heel for pivot would result in the heel breaking, this is definate.

Why risk driving like this firstly and secondly it is difficult to manage with stilletoes because of its height too. As I stated earlier, they normally start with 4 inches and can go upto 6 to 7 inches too.
