Exit for Portugal, sadness for me!
I loved the way they kept attacking till the end with even Ricardo taking his chances in the French penalty area. I guess it was just a case of missed chances for Portugal and Zizu's penalty made the difference. Christiano Ronaldo needed more support up front. The fellow was a livewire trying to play in almost every position possible.
Even though Barthez had me in splits with his actions from time to time, I must say, the French defence was well up to the task. The final will definitely be worth watching.

with 60% ball possession and that too mostly in France Half, Portugal dominated the game but finally what matters is a Goal.
France defended well.
Pity that despite some good run from C. Ronaldo, Portugal were not able to break france defence.
I was really happy to see Figo making good moves at this Age.
& C. Ronaldo seems to be a big name in coming years. Just wondering why he was boooooed by spectators every time he had possesion

Hey, He kept getting booed coz the French thought that he was the reason for Rooney getting a red card in the match vs Eng .

I agree with you on that .. Zidane got his chance but Figo missed . He probably missed because his team mate also jumped right in front of him for the header ....
