Considering this development, l guess I can look forward to new, better & more refined vehicles from the Tata stable.

I don't know why, but I have a hunch that it's not Tata but Force. They have just annouced the personal vehicle division, share the same love for 4X4.

Im indeed very happy to hear of this.
Congrats Mr DB on joining Tata. I hope we can now a Landrover engine in a Safari or something more kicka** with your creativity.

While you might be very forgiving in your comments towards Mahindra, I will not be so kind, having felt betrayed by an el cheapo company called Mahindra that failed to restore an iconic Jeep to its full glory, by cost cutting and basically not funding and wholeheartedly backing the creativity and commitment of its own people.
What you achieved by bringing a Thar on the road from conception to reality with a measly budget of just measly 1cr speaks volumes for your abilities. Kudos to you for that.
It also speaks about how Mahindra continues to take the indian customer for granted.
The Thar could have been so much more than what it is and we all know it.

I wish you the very best in your endeavors at Tata, which I feel is a company magnanimous enough to fund the creativity and commitment of its people.

So finally its announced. So back to square one is it? Fiat ka man, back again in Fiat, technically at least

Behram Bhai, with the dedication you have towards your job whoever is the employer, im sure the new placement will bring you further joy and satisfaction thanj your previous one. You have no doubt raised the bench mark for M&M, so much so it will be difficult for them to find someone to fill your XXXXL sized shoes.

Would love to see what you do to the Safari and maybe we will see a 4x4, Turbo civilian Sumo, which does not have the aerodynamics nor the CG of a Rubik's cube on wheels.

Way to go Behram Bhai and all the best with your new endevour.

Don keep hoping yaar. He's already joined TATA yesterday, 24th June to be precise.

To all the others,

No more speculations friends, its now official and clear. Behramji has joined where he actually belongs.

With a clean sweep of Desert storm with 2 Xenons and a Safari, and now with a Dakshin Dare Victory under the belt, it looks like TATAs 4 WD programs are going in the right direction, especially the Xenon, which i'm sure will be Behramji's first test drive in TATAs.

Congrats to Behramji and welcome to the fold of TATA Fans like me.......

On a lighter note...Behramji, if you're planning to sell your Thar for a Xenon .....do let me know.
