Scorch..
You've forgotten one of the most awe-inspiring and striking machines to have ever taken flight!
The B2 Stealth
It's ability to avoid being detected on radar due to it's fantastic design and low-altitude cruising is a feat of engineering, technology and design. And just look at it, doesn't it look almost 'alien' to you? :D
I know what I'm posting here is fictional & futuristic, but I always drooled on this beauty. I have & always wanted to own this machine.
The USS Enterprise
p.s: Mods, if this doesn't qualify here, please remove.
Im have sure drooled over the RX and Shogun during my college days.
That McL f1 and slr, and the blackbird...drool!
A couple off the top of my head.
You were lucky if you caught the kizahi concept in 08 AX.
And this, john britten's V1000.
yowza.
11 (?) built.
raced by himself, and won too(?).

Honda / Acura NSX.
2002 Yamaha YZF - R1
Great thread!! heres some from my list that haven already been mentioned!!
Cheers!!
This is German Battleship Bismarck which was the most feared Battleship in WW2.
Nice Machines, all of these machines built for special purpose. I feel WW II era was most innovative era for making drool machines.
I hope every author of this thread should give credit to original picture source from Internet. It look like it is just taking (copying) pictures from internet and posting here, without giving due credit (including opening post).

What a feast for eyes. However, the zonda is conspicuous by it's absence. |

I didn't purposely emit the B52 and Zonda, I had a 30 image limit to stick with and I admit, quite a few had went over my head. Last time I created a compilation thread on The Most Dramatic Doors of the Century, even though it was in my list, I forgot include THE FERRARI ENZO!
That being said, I agree F40 is as close as one could get to a Go-Kart in a Ferrari, but for some odd reason, I prefer the F50 to it which is widely known as the worst among the F-series. Maybe cos during my childhood days, my bedroom wall had a huge framed poster of the F40 (which I inherited from my Dad) but what I played around with was a 1:18 Maisto F50, so it must be closer to my heart :D

The B52 Stealth Bomber.

Suhas,
I hope you meant B2 Spirit and not the B52 Stratofortress.
But B-52 itself was an amazing machine. Being in service & being relevant even after 50+ years itself is an amazing achievement.

Nope. I meant B52 Stealth Bomber. Isn't it designed for the purpose of being able to go undetected on the radar? I've watched a few documentaries on it and read a few articles on it too. And does the B52 look 40 years old? Nope. But it is! Now that's quite an achievement! :thumbs up

EDIT: Yes, I meant B2 stealth Bomber. Don't know why I kept stressing on the B'5'2 part! Apologies!

Suhas,
It is the B2 Stealth Bomber and not the B52. See here -

B52 and stealth in the same sentence?
:)
Probably the first time the buff has been accused of such shenanigans.
