hey super, you mean very less Photoshop like just filters or something, right?
I tried that on my pics and I could never get it right

Yeah Gordy,
I just used the "Hue" and "colour" tools. Photoshop is very easy, you just need to spend some time with it.

Well in photoshop, put simply, yes. (provided your original source is that resolution or higher)

With digicams, yes as well, but then other things factor, like quality of the lens and image processors etc.
