yeah.. have spotted that car before, but never got a response. the IDS is white, well mostly white, so the cover-up logic makes sense.

In Indian roads, people flash lights and honk without any reason. If someone flashes lights at me after noticing my team bhp stickers, I wouldn't realise, frankly.
Anyways, here is another Chennai spotting. From kovilambakkam to GST road, day before yesterday 9 am. KL 6403 Hyundai accent viva.

Spotted a maroon Alto yesterday at about 6:15 pm on the JVLR at Powai with the Red and Black Love Cars Live Cars sticker on the rear bumper.
I was in a hurry and there was a lady in the car, so I did not stop to wave.
Spotted black swift parked in front of KFC in brigade road. With redlining sticker on the bonnet and got bhp? Sticker near the left door indicator. Number KA 01 MB 7579 or 7529.

IronH4WK, given the number of times you have been active on this thread, i will take that as THE truth!
However, closer look and I can post this to bad drivers thread also as far as that Santro is concerned; no parking lights, flashing hazard lights and overtaking via space meant for the oncoming traffic.
Car :- White VENTO (With Projector head lamp & HID)
Place :- On BANER-PASHAN link road. Near HDFC Bank.
Date & Time :- 12-07-2012 (Yesterday) Evening at 8-8.30- PM.

I think that is a one way crossing and the cars have stopped at the red light. Will try and check it though!. It is common for most cars in Delhi to flash hazard lights during heavy rain to be more visible for the car behind.

I am pretty sure that that is not a one way street.
Second, there are enough threads here discussing usage of proper lights in different situations, check it out.
In addition, if one thinks rain to be a reason to display the hazard lights, why overtake?
