Yesterday evening/night spotted a Blue Swift near Frazer Town area with a www . team - bhp . com sticker at the rear glass. The honking and the use of the dippers gone in vain. later i realized it was driven by a lady accompanied by a kid and i didn't bothered to disturbe them. KA 03 ** 8255

Hey Wildon, that car belongs to Moderator Ajmat. He uses the RS and his wife uses the Swift.

If you see the car ahead of you has a TBHP sticker, you know the car belongs to a TBHP-ian. You flash & honk & wave, expecting the guy infront of you to recognize :

1. You are waving & honking at him because you have seen his TBHP sticker
2. You are also a TBHP-ian
3. You want to say Hi to him.

All fine. But how should he know :
4. You have seen his TBHP sticker.
5. You are a TBHP-ian.

Have you ever wondered if the guy behind you is a TBHP-ian ? Heck, I dont even see who is behind me, apart from how close he's trying to come. How will I ever know he's trying to reach out to me ? There's so much more in front of me that needs my attention - the vehicles in front me, for starters.

When we TBHP-ians cant often recognize a TBHP-ian behind us, how can we expect the family member/ relative of a TBHP-ian to do the same ?

So next we see a TBHP sticker on a car in front of us, try & pull upto his side and then wave. May be he will recognize your greeting then.

Agree with this. Even a couple of honks and a wave/thumbs up sign from behind will catch the attention just fine.

Continuous honking n light flashing will prompt rude reactions at best.

Spotted Hyundai i10 electric red - if thats what it's called which is not the bright red!
LTD on rear left glass and GB on the rear bumper. Black and silver alloys. KA 53 M something... on the way to kasturinagar from NGEF, yesterday evening at around 7 pm.

Couldn't flag u down as I was on my bike with wifey!

Agree with you condor.

My wife was taken by surprise when the car behind her started honking and flashing lights. That car did not overtake her even when she gave space. Finally when he went past her, found out a TBHP sticker on the back side. I somehow convinced her that, this is how TBHPians signals to another TBhpian.

I don't mind someone from behind flashing lights or honking to let me know that he is a TBhpian. But it might not be same for others.

@RuffRyder : I don't think that you are reffering to my Jeep. I have never been to E-City on my jeep. I had thought that mine was the only White SWB jeep around but there has been quite a few spottings of a white "Classic" as well. It might just as well be that jeep. Apparently, even the sticker placements are quite similar
