The Stig is a character on the show Top Gear. He always wears a helmet and his real identity is never meant to known.

There has been more than 1 person underneath that helmet. The previous ones portraying the Stig were ousted because they revealed themselves to be the Stig.

So here, the chap is claiming to be the Stig. (If he was, he wouldn't be anymore. )

Saw this M800 with a fake LTD sticker at a Hotel in Kannur, Kerala. The sticker had 'york.in' instead of Team Bhp at the right end, in red colour. A conference by a certain York group was going on there.
