Spotted this MH registered I 20 a couple of days back near Link road towards Dwarka in the evening around 1830 hours. I guess it was on 11/11/2014.

My take - its a URL sticker on the Beat's number plate. I would wait to hear on your question though.

That's correct there is a TBHP URL sticker on Beat's number plate.
