Spotted this on Saturday en route to Vijayanagar. Well maintained ride. Any takers please?

Saw this I10 at the public car next to Elite supermarket in Thrissur. It was a rare sighting of a TBHP sticker for me. There was a slightly old person in the car. I could not start a conversation, as I was in a hurry and it was raining.

Letter alignments. The L & D are perfectly left-aligned, the E & R are similarly aligned and the O is a couple of pixels ahead of the I - in the official sticker. :-)

If you can get up close the textured background of the left strip (where the URL is written vertically) is distinctive.

Thanks binand, unfortunately I couldn't get a close look as the cabbie was already driving away by the time I noticed.

Kudos on being able to tell the difference with such a low qual photo. I still couldn't tell the difference despite binand's tips.

Spotted a Blue WagonR on Marine Drive on Sunday. LTD sticker on the right of the bumper (just barely visible above the bushes in this pic).

I was stopped at the signal going north, while you took a U-turn to head south again.

Guilty as charged. I admit ( Honest mistake ) that I didn't expect to see a taxi with a tbhp sticker. Hope it isn't yours.
But also mainly in the short glimpse in which I managed to see it, the sticker looked smaller (Didn't look as wide) than the one I have. I feel the stickers feel and look a lot bigger when you hold it in your hand than when it's pasted on a car.

Not a biggy mate. It comes with practice and years of staring at the stickers

Like binand explained, there are couple of things you look out for - like the alignment of the letters, symmetry of the sticker, font, colour, spacing, quality of the material printed on and size. The LTD, redlining, got bhp?, red/black LCLC are pretty much of same size (10" by 3"). The IDS, Driven By and the brown/black LCLC are slightly elongated/narrow.

Sometimes I'd spot a sticker and I point it out to my friends (if TBHPians):
Me: Look, there's a sticker
Them: What sticker?
Me: That car has a LTD on it!
Them: What car??

It's like Sixth Sense all over! I can see it, but they can't! It's crazy, I know. It takes me fraction of a second to spot a sticker and determine if a it is genuine or not, but takes ages to decide on the ice cream I want have at a ice cream parlor! Human brain, go figure!

Agree. Not sure about your family but mine thinks I have lost it whenever I try to snap a ride with a sticker. On the contrary my son is always ready with his mobile - a member in the making

No, not mine. I am yet to be spotted even after 3 years, even though I must have spotted close to 500 cars till now.

I have purposely purchased a dashcam to click and share the spottings.

Hahaha.. I have spotted a few myself. But always held back fearing the same kind of ridicule from my friends and family, and I tried once but realised how difficult it is to properly aim my phone to click a picture while driving at the same time. I'm not the best multi-tasker I suppose.

Have spent way too many hours than I'd like to admit on youtube watching those infamous Russian dash-cam videos. I always felt that if they were as popular in India, we would be the world leaders in that category by a long way!!
