OT: About a month back or so, I saw a Maruti Alto I guess at Dilsukh Nagar. I was driving, when I spotted it. I gave it the Flash Twice and Honk Once signal. No reply. Then went ahead to give a signal, but met with an Angry stare as if I was about to corner him and carjack his car. That moment, I just moved ahead hoping the would see the sticker and know, why I tried to give him a thumbs up signal. That too did not work out. The irony of the situation was, he had the same stickers I had and at the same exact locations.

This is so common!!
Which is why I take care when approaching stickered vehicles.
With so many stickers per package, a majority seem to be ending up with non-members.
Insurance people apart, even my mechanic attributed a dent on my car to this-"bhaiyya, you race with this team-bhp, then of course you'll get one-two dents".
In fact, met one guy at palika bhawan, asking a shop-owner "aapke paas team bhp wala sticker hai"

Wow I too drove to bangy on 26th feb morning and saw one of the Team bhpian on the way,it was the Blue Fiesta 1.6S i dont remember his handle ,he had posted the FFE videos of his fiesta.

Same day saw this i10 parked next to my swift in chamundi hills ,mysore .infact the i saw the owner but could not talk to him,he too had a Canon DSLR with him

Spotted this morning, around 9:30-9:45, on ORR BTM Layout - white Zen Registration KA-17-M-1414 with "I Drive Safe" sticker.

Sorry, no photo, I was busy negotiating with traffic.

I thought of flashing/honking, when I noticed
1. Unrestrained child
2. Hand held cell phone
3. Lady driving

And decided against trying to catch her attention, as I would be compounding the decidedly unsafe way in which the car was being driven.

So much for "I Drive Safe"!!

I agree with you.
So whenever I see a KA car, I search for the stickers and have been successful many times.
However since I did not have any stickers (Chennai style I guess), there were some "recognition" problems.
Last week that was solved by putting up the stickers at the appropriate locations on my car.

1. A white Swift near the park in CMH-100ft junction with a LTD sticker on the boot. Around late in the morning today.

2. A maroon-ish Swift near the 13th main' Post office, Indira nagar. If I remember right, it had a Got BHP? sticker on the boot. The front bumper had a slight "traffic-bruise" on the left side. Around 1pm today.
