yeah, can't see the number plate; had just rolled up the windows (tinted) and turned on the A/C.

9:30am Black Swift Dzire number 357? in front of Total mall Outer Ring Road going towards K.R.Puram -- it had LTD on left front door near bottom!

5:30pm White Scorpio 3243 on Outer Ring Road, got out of Sun city junction and going towards Marathalli. Had Got bhp? sticker on the center of rear glass.

Around same time noticed a Black i20 parked in the service road in front of Innovative multiplex that had LCLC on rear bumper, didn't note the number.

Keep spotting the off-white Scorpio sporting the LTD sticker HR26 and a combination of 4,0,6 and the 6 (or is it 4 repeated again) on the Ring Road between Delhi Cantt. & Ashram Flyover, usually headed towards DND. No response so far.

I have a Java brown scorpio registered number HR 26 XX 6046. Not sure if it was me whom you spotted. My car's color is nowhere close to White.
