Thanks aargee. Yes, saw your WagonR as well from the navigator seat (was down with fever). It was my elder brother at the wheel, trying to extract maximum out of his experience with low slung sedans

I wanted to wave a HI, but was not sure if it was a real BHPian; these days there're too many fakes or relatives driving a BHPian vehicle's unaware of those stickers.

You guys were driving way too fast. Were you guys driving to Munnar too?

No, we were going to Kollam/Quilon. Was recovering from fever, so chose to hand over the wheels to my brother and found it a bit difficult to argue and convince someone who got his 4 wheeler license 15yrs before me and has done ten times more kms (without a single major accident and has seen multiple major ones after moving away from the driving seat) to bring down the average speed.

But yes, I could see the sense & speed; trust me, even another Aria would find difficult to overtake yours & from my observation, it's difficult to overtake a vehicle driven by good driver no matter how slow or fast it is.

We were following ranjitp1's excellent recommendation. Considering our late start from Bangalore as well, Salem-Tirumangalam-Shencottah-Kollam should have been a better option, but a previous experience of a huge block at Thenmala-Shecottah ghat section made us opt for the Ernakulam route.

Spotted a maroon punto KA-XX-XX-7354 on Hosur road, saturday night. The brother of the car owner is a BHPian - Abhi.

When I spotted him, the LTD sticker was on the rear hatch glass. I think he may be the same guy @arun_josie also have spotted, unless there are two Maroon Puntos with number 7354.
