White VW Polo 8809 (? - the sequence may be wrong) opposite Bristol Hotel on Saturday, 2nd March, at 5.30 PM. You turned left on MG road towards the malls and I turned right. Car was sporting LTD on the RHS of rear hatch door. I did signal, but in the glare of the evening sun, I was wondering if you could notice. But, then again, question is - member or not?


In my neighborhood in Rajouri Garden :
White new generation Swift # 0555, sports the LTD on RHS of the rear hatch door. New Member?


Few days ago on Mathura Road :
Silver Swift (old generation), sporting the url sticker at the bottom of the rear hatch glass.

it depends. with known BHPians, three quick blasts of the horn and three quick flash of your headlights works; they usually take notice. when you're not behind a BHPian (maybe adjacent) a triple blast and a wave to get their attention works. basically, there has to be eye contact to acknowledge/get an acknowledgement.

this once i spotted a Swift with Team-BHP stickers parked on the JNC road (Koramangala) and stopped one car behind it. i got out and walked up to the Swift and knocked on the driver side window. the guy was talking to his female friend. i apologized for the intrusion and asked him if he was a member. he acknowledged, but when i asked him about Team-BHP and his handle he drew a blank. thinking quickly (and not to embarrass him in front of his female friend) i asked him where he got the nice stickers. he tells me he got them from the US of A! suppressing my laughter and again apologizing for the intrusion i walk back to my car. i LMAO and drive away, displaying them stickers from the US of A at the back of my car!!


talking about spotting signs, there was a white Polo behind me around 4th block Koramangala this evening flashing its lights. BHPian?

yep! right after i spotted that black Alto. good that i took the shot when i did (even with the sun playing havoc) because after that signal i lost you. did you turn in somewhere before the Hennur junction?

I swear I did not see your black getz at all!! Was lost in the drive and some old vayalar songs! I was on ORR coming from yelahanka till the flyover before KR puram bridge where I took the service road and turned off towards Byappanahalli/NGEF signal and then on towards Suranjandas 'road' (wonder if you can call that a road!!)

Says TEAM-BHP.COM only.

Spoke to both the owners,both bought it from some accesory shop in saltlake.They thought it to be original till they saw the one on my car.
Both said they would rip off their stickers and order for an original set and put those,hope they do that.

That's quite a catch in a day's work! How and when do you manage to find time before and after office to go on a sticker spotting spree?! Or do you drive around in and around the whole city before going home?
