Grey Honda Civic MH 02 CD with IDS sticker on the RHS corner of rear bumper.
It was parked on the road that goes from vile parle west - east flyover towards Koldongri. Spotted around 10am.

@Brave Arc, Good afternoon, On a serious note, I would like to say that the official/owner is trying to portray the true meaning of this tbhp sticker.i.e He is trying to convince the fellow motorists also to drive safe like him and sticker being on a government vehicle it becomes all the more imperative for driving safe inspite of the image of the govt vehicle which are often found breaking the traffic rules. It surely is a rear site.
