Thanks for the acknowledgement. Yes, it was me in the Blue Fortuner. One of my family friend also mentioned about 12-13 hours to reach Simla and it took me 6.30 hours for Chandigarh from Dwarka.

I remember seeing something similar in another car during last weekend in Hyderabad (Madhapur) where half the number plate was covered by this.

I was wondering the same when i saw clicked the picture. I did see few cars as well but their number plates were much lower. I'm not sure it if is legal.
