Noticed what I assume was a fake sticker at the Chennai airport parking this morning. It was on a hyundai xcent cab.

2. Spotted today morning near the signal before the East Tambaram Railway station (junction of Bharathamatha street), towards railway station.

Spotted a dark Grey i10 yesterday evening near SNDT on Karve Rd, reg'n # ending in 7482, with Black & White Love Cars, Live Cars sticker. Even in the chaotic traffic typical at that time, it was driven in a very sedate and smooth manner.

Spotted a neatly maintained KA registered White Ambassador with LTD sticker at Bigbazar\Cloundnine junction, Whitefield, today (July 5th), at around 10.30 AM.

The fading is not necessarily because of the sun, it can be caused by the chemicals or solvents used to clean/polish, the car. I've seen a few in Bangalore - yellow turned white LTDs, that is.

I've never had my LTDs fade to white even though for years my car has stood in the sun (office didn't have covered parking).

That's not a fake sticker. That's genuine LTD.

I’ve never used anything but water to clean my car, still it faded.
Maybe some lots of stickers were off deficient quality.

I second that. Mine is almost 8 years now and still looks new...This picture was taken 2 weeks back. Apart from the edges pealing, the color has withstood the elements!

I still have the rest of the stickers still unused. Will revisit over the weekend and see which can make it on the car. Hopefully I may not have to buy a new set.

My dad used to have a Jawa in his college days. I have heard such amazing tales from from him about his Jawa. Mahindra looks all set to revive this brand. Sure I will get one if they do.
