Like . The one resting its head on other has come really cute. It is quite common to see the dogs resting with the hind legs stretched so that the inner part is in contact with the cool surface in a hot climate

cute and chubby but watch out dude they are blowing up like a hot air balloon and that will hit back in a couple of years time. Sart giving them less food and more exercise if you want to see them live long.

Curiously I have only seen foreign breeds of cats mimic that behavior, never the local ones. Either the desi cats don't know Yoga (which is a shame!) or are not flexible enough.

Then I guess the local cats are more adapted to warmer temperatures?

Cats in general are adapted for hot weather by virtue of their desert dwelling ancestors. Thus the little water intake and highly concentrated urine.
One of my cats used to sleep belly up after a heavy meal - pity I don't have a picture!

BTW here are some of the scores of cat that used to dwell in my house - the current crop does not have any photo taken by me.

This one reverted from being feral to staying in our house (gen 1).

Gen 3s

One of the gen 3s - not from the above litter. This big guy was born a lone child. Too bad he passed away with a liver problem at only 2 years of age.

Haha, that's so true! Here's one example when he was about 6 months old.

And that's how he likes to sleep! (Though these pics are pretty old, he just turned 3 a few months back).

You people have an awesome family of pets. I too will put my Snowie's (Laby) pic here. Pets bring a lovely atmosphere especially when kids are around.

Re: Team-BHPians and their pets

I am breeding a dobberman and pom cross, she is called as TIA, she is 15 months old, she has sobered down from aggressive dog to manageable pet. Loves to go for early morning walks. She wakes us up at 5.30 by knocking the door, and her toilet habit is impeccable she goes to our bathroom for the same.

How are the looks? How in the world did you get a doberman to breed with a pom. Really some achievement!!!
Also how did you train her in doing all this stuff which you have mentioned?

Eagerly awaiting the pics
