Re: The BEST & the WORST Advertisements on TV

Aria ad is surely the worst of the talked about.
First the firangi stupids as models...(May be TATA should market the car in firang land only ..n more to SECRET AGENCIES...lol)
secondly they emphasize on the chase and by the time one could figure out the vehicle in whole its over....

Look carefully, those are the rear wheels which locked up when he pulled the handbrake .

Re: The BEST & the WORST Advertisements on TV

@ Using TV to reduce po(co)pulation does not seem to be a sound idea.
Gaming can be a better way to use your testosterone..perhaps..!

We all know what sort of ads and programs are being telecast these days to name, big-boss, all shows of Bindass and many more including saas-bahu ones.
This may lead to further po(co)pulation.

Better way is to aware the mass of drawback of having more children and benefits of use of protection, some appreciation scheme for having only 2 children like scholarship in college and similar benefits etc.

I think JNURM scheme should also include these measures.

Come on! You are blaming TAMO as if they are the first one to use outsiders as models.

Re: The BEST & the WORST Advertisements on TV

The CEAT tyres ads seem to be decent. The ones where bikers encounter morons who:
-open the door to pick up a mobile
-leave an unattended child to toddle on the road
-leave a road hazard unmarked by a barricade

I do not understand what they were trying to convey in the Reliance Netconnect Ads. One of the most retarded ads on air.

I would like to know the rules and regulations regarding usage of laptop while driving a vehicle.

If using a mobile phone while driving is considered illegal, then use of other gadgets while driving should also be.

I really wonder how an irresponsible advertisement like this is allowed to go on air.

Re: The BEST & the WORST Advertisements on TV

The Hero Moto Corp advertisement now seems very funny and contradictory. The message that they are trying to convey is that there is a hero in every Indian and even common people can perform extraordinary things in life.

But the statutory warning at the bottom of the screen reads that these stunts are performed by experts under supervision, so these stunts should not be imitated by common people. Roughly translated, it means that common people should not try to be a hero by trying these stunts.

Now what exactly is Hero Moto Corp trying to say ? Whether there is a hero in every Indian or not ?

Well, there is a hero in you, but only in your field of training / expertise.
Or, you can be a hero if you train for it?
