Was not sure if this was posted here earlier.

Would this make you want a GLA?

The new BRU Coffee Ad where husband and wife share more amount of Coffee to each other because one says the other took more load, is one of the most trite, corny, tasteless Ad I've ever seen!

Pierce Brosnan starring for a Pan masala advert.
Come on, It is one thing to be out of work and something else to star in a Pan Masala add. Desperation!
I could digest Hugh Jackman in the Micromax commercial, but a Bond falling for a Pan masala - this I truly cannot.

And to top it all, he did not even eat it

re: The Best & Worst Advertisements on TV

What difference does it make if Shahrukh Khan selling Pan Masala (Pan Vilas) or Pierce Brosnan.

Hugh Jackman selling Micromax needs to be digested and Scorpio doing all Ads with foreign models needs to be digested, why ? Aren't they satisfying the urge of many people who feel that any foreigner endorsing any brand increases the appeal of the product and the target customers find it more premium

OR

sending a message loud and clear that our brand is so powerful that it can hire foreign models and that India has arrived. It started with junior artistes in film songs were replaced with foreign models.

It works 100% unless the product itself is too weak.

I believe Micromax hired Hugh Jackman to make their brand more recognisable in the west. I don't think that was for domestic consumption alone.

Horses are always jerks especially when you can't reverse a trailer how you wished it to. Well, worry no more VW's new trailer park assist will help with that. Here's the video of that

How many times in movies have we seen photoframes, computers, cars and what not getting smashed because the husband cheated on the wife and a woman scorned is never to be messed with. Well, This is something along those lines....Watch the video from Audi for their S5 sportback to find out more

I like this ad from HDFC insurance - the music/jingle as well as the emotion involved!

One of the best ones I've seen recently. Such emotional, thought provoking ads are quite rare now. Kudos.

re: The Best & Worst Advertisements on TV

In the recent months, the one AD I found likeable was the Club Mahindra holidays. The one in which a young kid terrorizes his mother with something in his fishing rod, that he caught from the backwaters and his father joining in . Definitely a feel good AD.
