just saw the coca cola ad where a guy and girl are sitting in the library, draw a coke bottle and glass with ice on their respective arms and then they hold hands for the coke to flow from the bottle into the glass

one the best is the fevicol AD with so many people traveling on a truck.

I am just wondering if that is really possible, jus not able to count the number of people on the truck.

one of the worst if the parle-g ad featuring dhoni, probably these advertisement guys have loaned their brains to a shop.

Does anyone get the new set of Virgin Mobile ads? They seem to be a rather crude ripoff on the ZooZoos idea and I find them quite irritating.

Also, is it just me or does every second ad in India now feature Dhoni? I can't stand the Aircel or the PSPO ones. The only one I can tolerate is the reebok Hexride one and that too only because bipasha looks great in that ad :P

The new Honda Jazz Advert.

If ever there was an award for absurdity and irrelevance, It would go to Honda's ad campaign for their new Car, Jazz.

First with the tagline, and now with this advert, Honda have actually dealt with Jazz like a Joke!

Too bad, a very capable car will diminish into obscurity due to horrendous marketing, PR and obviously pricing...

C'mon Honda, Wake Up!

Hi.
I m in the media business so advertisements always interest me. Pls list the best and the worst car add you have seen, be it in electronic or print media.
Here goes my list.

The Best:
1. Safari (Reclaim your life)
2. Aveo (One with saif and rani)
3. Honda City (the one with the bug on the windshield)

The Worst:
1. Innova (Japanese or Chinese women and children in indian costume)
2. i10 (Sharuk Khan - trying to prove this professor wrong)
3. Verna (Pilots asking where do we put in the war heads)

My list is long but dint want to exhaust everything, so left others for other members.

Rest of the Jazz add was shot in and around the area in which i live. The shot of the car on the flyover is the Adyar flyover. Then It can be seening driving on a lush green road, that is the Anne Besant road.

The new Idea Cellular Ad - Walk when you Talk. I think it is a bad ad .... why?

Now people will start talking when they cross roads without looking since they are busy on their phones and will be a night mare for traffic incidents.

Given the amount of open manholes and ditches we find on indian roads and foot paths, I am guessing we will soon start of hearing people down the ditches talking on the phone

Don't know why I did not want to visit this thread for long. At one point of time I had close to 60/ 70 ads which were well done as part of an office screening. While moving from Bangalore to Chennai lost the CD and efforts of close to 4 days of trawling on the web. Let me put a few which I could recollect in the days to come.

Don't know if this has been put up already. An automotive advertisement to start with. An amazingly made car advertisement.
