I think these ads are terrible - they associate a slightly dark complexion with failure, poor marriage, etc.

Someone should tell them that it is an African American who is now going to be the President of the biggest Democracy in the world.

If you tune in to the music channel 'etc' after midnight, you will see ads of a call girl service being aired with the background song 'Tu, Tu hain wahin'.
Also ads of escort services and erotic/sensual massages are being published on the classified pages of leading newspapers.

Speaking about fairness creams giving a boost to your career, helping you in getting better flames etc. how can we forget the ads of detergents which increase the whiteness of your clothes and are shown to serve the same purposes mentioned above.

The ads I dislike most are MDH Mahashay (old man who owns MDH) starrer MDH Masale ads. Sach Sach!!!

Slightly OT, but i bet most of the people here don't know the full form of MDH. Mahashian Di Hatti
It was all started by Mahashay Chuni Lal in Sialkot (my ancestral town, now part of Pakistan).

That old mooch wale baba is 90+, and still fighting fit, even all his teeth intact! He ows his fitness to Yoga and Simple Indian diet.
