The Best & Worst Advertisements in India

The Sprite advertisement featuring a Guy with a car, trying to impress the girl by offering her lift. What baffles me is that, why did the girl opt for the Bike when a car easily seat 5 people.

This VW Passat ad is like one of my most favourite commercials!

Exactly my thoughts ! As if, its either the granny of the girl who can travel in the car at a time! The guy who came up with this AD would have thought that he had created a witty, trendy AD, to capture youngsters!

The Cadburys Gems ad--laalach has no umar is fantastic especially theone wherein the guys pulls the blue gems in the art gallery.

I am seriously thinking of filing a PIL against these beauty products ads.
Sick and tired of every other ad talking about fairness, charcoal, milk, pearls, roots of hair and what not.

I am reminded of what my father said. The most useless thing needs most advertisements.

Before the cosmetics, we need a ban on the so called health drinks and other consumer products where they use children to make others feel guilty. Ones like the handwash adv or complan.

Then comes cosmetics like whitening creams, hair oils which are more interested to make you feel guilty or use rude themes (indulekha hair oil).

Oh, how could I miss the "A" certificate eligble advs!!

Not sure why they dont want to be creative, like the Vodafone ad with the PUG or the OREO or the earlier Alto ads

one trash ad I find these days is of some website starting with j (forget the name) where a scared guy talks to the camera saying keep your girls/ women away from this site. or something to that effect.
never bothered to see the entire ad. thank the guy who made remotes!

I couldnt agree more. And I dont get what is the obsession with winning everything in these ads.
