Me too! Got the first one on DVD! Have watched it countless number of times.
But sadly, the reviews for the sequel arent that great... so am not getting my hopes up.

Contrary to what you've heard, i watched 'Opening Night' on Star Movies and loved it......... However i never read up on movies anyway as it's the writers opinion, and his/her taste is bound to differ from mine!

Besides, I loved the first movie too much and just watching the characters on big screen again is enough!!!

Well, according to the reviews, while the movie tries very hard to retain the quality of humour thats there in the original part, it loses out big time on the plot. As in... its not as tightly strung together as the first one.
By the way, i am yet to come across an Opening Night on Star Movies that hasnt portrayed the movie as the biggest thing to hit the screen!

Having said all that, the first one was so good that am dying to see "the wierdest herd" back in action.

Cheers

I'm not talking about what the guy on opening night has to say about the movie [That's what he's paid to do and it's his opinion!!!]
I'm saying that the parts of the movie that they previewed look promisingly hilarious!!!!

I couldn't agree more after watching the sequel abt 10 days ago. I too found the plot to be weaker than the first but i thought the humour was just about on par with the first one. Won't give anything else away since so many people are eagerly waiting to catch the 2nd one.

As for the poll, i definitely go with the mammoth!
