ABC News report on India Rising

ABC News did a report a few days back on Indian economy's rise in the world. Sure they showed the usual slums and poverty but like the report says, despite the chaos and the odds things get done. A very nice feature that will make you feel good to be an Indian.

Dial up users have patience, it's a approx 7 minute long video.

Just one thing I didn't like about the video. Just when it starts, the reporter asks a slum dweller how long has she lived there. She says "Do saal se". The reporter translates it and says " 25 Years!". Doesn't make a difference if it's Indian or American media, they have to sensationalise things.

Amazing Amazing report...its good that americans are getting to know what india is all about..i am shocked when some of these small brained narrow minded american business managers goto india and just see the chaos and come back report that...they need to know within that chaos we are doing such miraculous things, that its unreal..

high 5 for india ...

ps:- even i noitced the do saal se bit, that was funny..
