Need help with Ulead Video Studio

Guys, i just downloaded the latest version of Ulead Video Studio (10) and i finished working on a project. My question is: How do I "finalise" the project? The file i saved turns out to be a document file and the source file has not yet changed. I want to create VCD of the project but want to do it through nero 7 'cos i can't figure out how to do it through Ulead itself. So if any of you have worked with UVS then help me out, please.
