For a cost effective way add 4 tablespoon of Glucon D with 1 teaspoon of Creatine (Mono).

As red circle mentioned use creatine only as loading phase.

Hi Guys,

A friend, along with his colleagues, is coming from the US
around Christmas. Is it a good idea to ask them to get a
5 lb. tub or two (will be ordering from BB.com), if they are
already not overloaded (if they are, I'll only order a few
fish oil bottles)? What if the products get the attention
of Customs?

Also, they stay in Delhi and will have to ship the products to
me in Hyderabad. Taking into account the local shipping cost,
will I still save some substantial money?

hi Nk, since i have decided to take the plunge in the supplement sector for my body (no time for to sit and have meals), i have ordered a 10lbs of ON 100% whey. its a bag not a tub. again i ordered it from BB.com got a cost of $85.99. so u just need to check out the local logistics cost. so do the maths, i believe i 5 lbs tub will be more cheaper.

No ways it will escape cos somebody in the forum has already burnt the fingers. 2ndly 10lbs pack is like a cement pack its big. i doubt it will be missed.so dont try it, and i dont know how lucky have you been ever with the customers. lols in bombay somebody is selling it at 5400. so if you think its still expensive getting it from US then get it shipped from bombay.

I think I didn't make it clear in my post. The guy who burnt
his fingers directly ordered from BB.com to his place in India.

What I'll be doing is ordering from the site to a friend's shipping
address in the US and he'll carry it to India. Now this guy will be
arriving in Delhi in a few days. Hence, my question:

-Will it escape customs if he is carrying a tub neatly tucked inside
a large suitcase? If it doesn't, can he claim it for his personal use
and escape duty?

I stay in Hyderabad, so once he reaches Delhi, he'll need to
courier it to Hyd. I just need to check the courier companies which
will be able to ship it to me (I think there are some who don't accept
items in powder form).

I am 5' 11" 75kgs decent shape & I have just started taking ISO Sensation Isolate Whey Prtoein - 92%. I have also been suggested for clen to remove that small pouch & extra fat & bring in tight ness. He suggested a one month dosage. Please advise.

I think you are referring to ON 100% whey (10lb bag), which is
available for Rs.5200 in Mumbai, as per Sohail in his above post?

Well, I am inclined towards Myofusion/Dymatize both of which are
priced at around Rs. 3000 in Hyd. for a 5 lb. tub while the BB.com
rates for them are $32-$38. I think its a substantial price difference.

Isn't Clen banned? With your current stats I dont think you need to resort to a fat burner. Just go as heavy as you possibly can with the weights, a good amount of cardio and of course a well balanced diet.

A trainer in my gym (he will be competing in next years competition) has used it and he raves about it.
Mind you it leaves him all jittery and please dont take it post 4 PM if you want to sleep in the night.
IIRC correctly it is priced around 2400 INR. I am not sure it could be easily procured.

Thanks a lot Hiren, yes my trainer is already a Mr. Delhi etc & is a fan of it. He ahs already advised me all this + also to eat a Banana & orange as well lots & lots of water . For me it is priced at 1000 /- for 100 tabs & for 20mcg. As per him it is not banned. I dont know but i m getting inclined to give it a shot....

1000 is quite a deal, I am not sure whether my trainer told me the rate of 20mcg. I will find out. And yes, water is a must.
Not banned? Well I could not find any information about Clen on the net. If you have any, do let me have the links. BTW, its made by a company called ASAN. Its a mexican or a brazilian brand, I cant recollect exactly.
