Which is the most effective weight/mass gainer available in Mumbai supplement stores?
Something thats been tried,test and delivered fast results?

Pro gainer complex and Serious Mass worked for me. Both from ON, bought from neulife.

They're all more or less the same. In my opinion they're ALL really unnecessary and a complete waste of money!

Supersets. Anyone?
Tried Squat+Leg Extensions.
Fried Thighs. SORE! (after 49hrs).

Tried BB Bench+Pushups+||Bar Dips. Lost the pump.

Tried BB Curls+ Tricep Pushdown. Blew them up like effin bulloons!

Monday - Chest Forearms
Tuesday- Shoulder Triceps
Wed - Back Biceps
Thu- Chest Forearms
Fri- Shoulder Triceps
Sat- Back Biceps
Sunday - Legs

guys, i'm in need of severe help.
I want to loose my moobs and get into a fitter condition in two months, which with determination I think is possible.
What exercises can I perform at home and how often? At home I have access to a cycling machine.

please help fitness gurus!

you are right. sunday might be my break day and will combine legs with some other one, thats why i asked for suggestions to make a proper schedule.
