My vote for:

Protein: Myofusion (chocolate; Second tub on its way.)
Multi: Revital. Flax Seed Oil.

And I'm against Glutamine supplementation. Ergo...

If you can afford and source it, go for Syntrax Nectar.

Thanks
Protein i will research more and will check Myofusion as well if the ingredients meets my requirements.
Multivitamin- Has anyone tried Animal Pak from Universal and Orange Triad from Controlled Labs?
Glutamine- Any particular reason for avoiding it?

Affordability and source is not an issue so will check for Syntrax Nectar as well.

Yes, I am almost finishing my 44 packs Animal Pak! The tin contains 44 individual packs of 11 tablets each. I take 1 pack after dinner everyday. Hope I dont have to talk about the quality as its a recognized brand. Pricing could be higher than other brands available here. I am not sure.

Where are you guys buying this stuff from?

Out here in Mumbai we get grey market stuff in general stores. Neulife is the only safe option for me to buy from. Some even buy from neulife and sell for 400rs extra

Name the shops from where you guys are buying

1. For fast acting, post workout recovery, you can opt for any good Whey protein isolate like Isopure, Isoflex, Syntrax Nectar, AST VP2, etc.
For a combination of fast and slow release whey protein, good choices are Myofusion, Muscle Milk, Evopro and SAN 100% Platinum Whey. For only WPC, almost any powder that you like.

2. I use ADAM by NOW. I generally like their products and they're pretty cost effective too.

3. Drop the idea of Glutamine, as it is a non-essential amino acid and also present in large quantities in the body. Also, studies have not reflected any advantage of using dietary glutamine. Instead, opt for Fish Oil / Omega 3-6-9 caps. Look up SAN Lipidex and SAN Triple strength fish oils.

For overall leg mass, you'll have to work all your leg muscles. What you can do is split your leg training workout into quad dominant and hip dominant workouts.
On quad dominant days, you can do regular squats (if stability is a problem, try holding the bar in the front, instead of the back, or try squatting with dumbells), lunges and extensions

On hip dominant days, you can do hack squats, deadlifts and leg curls. Calf raises can be performed with both.

Hope this helps

1. Stop by my place for a sample. The taste is like Crxxk. Once you're on it, you're never going back.
2. Been studying bodybuilding.com too long haven't you?
3. Confucious say "Glutamine no needed. Body dont use Glutamine supplementation". My fortune cookie is my trainer.

Thanks!
I should have been more specific so let me try to rectify-
My current goal for a couple of months-
1.- I need to reduce some weight- around 4-5 kg.
2.- Need protein for after workout session which should not have any fat or less fat.
3.- Basically trying to build a leaner muscular physique.

Ya i know Adam is not as expensive as animal pak or orange triad.
Can you elaborate the effects it has done for you?

Dropped glutamine as been adviced by many people now, thanks.

Based on the above kindly suggest Protein and Multivitamin and any other supplement which might be helpful.

P.S- I am 6.1 tall.
Current weight- 90.3kg or 198lbs.

@Tarun- Not only BB.com but lots of sites to educate myself better.
Will say BB.com has lots of good info.
I think i'll need to drop at your place and test a sample, sorry i forgot which sector and which days you are available at home?
BTW i checked Myofusion ingredients- Isn't the protein content a bit less in this?

Alfa prices are good in almost all the products + they are genuine as well so no worries about buying from there(As per our experience)

Frankly I have no idea how it helped me. I find my wallet lighter and heart heavier, may be thats the first impact anyone could get after importing few things from US. Gulping 11 tablets together is not possible , you can have it one by one with plenty of water. So, your stomach should be half empty to accomodate all the 11 tabs with almost half litre of water in total. Though nothing is visible on body, you might have a mental satisfaction after gulping them daily for a month. Feels like an athlete ! And yes, your urine will be dark yellow in the morning.

First set of things I imported from US and burned my fingers, now I take it from Neulife and thats the only economical outlet I find as they give 10% discount on the MRP.
