Since apples and oranges are not in season, can I have mangoes instead, or are they very high GI?

I have a weird problem coming up.

There is this pain that starts from my neck on the right hand side.
I can feel it radiate all the way down to my hands and legs.
Even the sole of my foot feels it.
Only on my right hand side.

BUT.
The the pain disappears as soon as I start my gym routine. In less than 2 mins, there is no feeling of the pain.

If I continue the gym for about a week, then no complaints.
BUT if I stop working out for even 3 days, the pain is back.

Calling this as pain is incorrect. Its like something very tight is pinching me in.
Sort of like my LHS is able to relax after workout but the muscles on the right are not able to relax.

My Gym routine is generally 30~45 minutes on a treadmill or stepper.
I weigh a 100 and my height is about 5'10".

For the treadmill I keep the speed at 5.2 and the incline at 8 for 10 mins, 10/12 for 10 mins and 8 for 10 mins.

Exercise level.
Shoulder: I can lift about 60-70 kgs over my head for about 4-5 reps. Starting from ground level.
And for lats, I can pull down all the weights in the machine without much issue.

Any advice on how to get rid of this pain will be highly appreciated.

I went to my office physio, he says that its not serious. But its always there and I am not comfortable.

I really do not want to scare you, but when I got slip disk, I had similar symptoms, pain radiating from back and even tingling in the foot when nerve endings used to get impinged.
When I was doing activities, it would subside, but in rest state it would start again. After about a month pain became severe and I went to the doctor, and I was diagnosed with a slip disk. I initially was skeptical, but MRI showed it clearly that 4th and 5th disks were not okay.
Some rest with exercise fixed the problem. So go to a good ortho, and get a MRI done to be doubly sure.

Its very difficult to grill chicken at home, even if your microvawe has grill mode.
So I use combination cooking.
Just put little lemon squeeze along with masala/salt on chicken after poking holes in it with a thin object. Let it like for couple of hours.
After that cook on combination mode.
Its decent. Not too good.
So instead the subsitute is chicken with very little olive oil.
Basically you put little oil, start frying the onions. But since oil is very less, you will need to add water so that onions do not burn, add your masala and all and put it all in the cooker.
3-4 whistles and you are good to go.
Basically you need only 2 tablespoon olive oil for 1kg chicken. So you add just 240 calories to the chicken.

Well different cases require different exercises, so what worked for me may not work for you. As for biking, I got my slip disk because I fell from the bike.
Doc said no bike for 6 months, so I had to buy a car. Thats how the indica came.
For all you know it may even be just muscle inflammation and not a slip disk, I have told you worst case scenario.

Boiled corn is no way going to help you reduce weight, Buy a tandoori machine you can make roasted chicken at home & side dish for chapathi can be curries made of vegetables and if you are on low carb then may be a chicken or egg curry should do.

Mangoes are high in sugar i guess, so not recommended. You can have a banana(big one), strawberries or grapes. Out of all the fruits i feel apple would give a stomach full feeling but not heavy at the same time.

Bblost : might be u should also get checked for initial stages of spondylities. The pain that radiates form neck till hand is a symptom of spondylities. I am suffering from one too.
I was also in body building and gymming. It may be happen due to lifting too much weights or if lifted wrongly/incorrect posture. I was diagnosed with in March. and since then have not visited the gym again. The pain is constant one.
May also feel like your shoulder is heavy to carry. I mean the shoulder also pains. Take proper care of it. It has a habit to increase with age and if u stress too much.
Software geeks working long hours on comp. and sitting in incorrect posture often suffer from it.

Hey that is the word my office physio used.

He said the muscles are stiff.

Does getting a good massage help.
Imaging placing your hand on someone's shoulder.
with the thumb behind the neck and fingers in the front.
Squeezing down hard.

That is how my neck feels.

The exact locations are the top of the right Trapezius and the place where it meets the Latissimus Dorsi.

Oh, I misread your initial post, if pain is mostly in top part it could be spondilytis. So no pillow at night and go easy on upper back and neck.
Go visit an Ortho and get MRI done it will put to rest all doubts
In my case it was from back to leg.

What do you mean?

I can barely sleep. Generally up ....

A eureka moment -> Could this be because of my ebook reading habit.

My phone doubles up as my ebook reader and I have been reading every night for the past month.
and I hold the phone with my right hand.

I will now use my left hand for the phone.
Either the right hand pain should go, or I will get pain on the left.

Its funny how I am not able to think about stopping to read.

As crazy as it sounds, I read while lying down.
Head on a pillow.

My mom used to shout at me, my wife still shouts at me.
Finally my neck is shouting at me.

I guess its time I stopped. Let me try going cold turkey on books in the night.
This is going to tougher than quitting smoking.
