Are you talking about Ravikumar, if not I can give you his number. I buy from him. He delivers it home.

Need expert opinion of guru's here. Please advice.

I have started gym around 45 days ago. Here is my schedule

Walk: 5 mins (decrements every alternate day to accommodate running), Run: 2 mins. Increments every alternate days.

Stepper: 5 mins daily. Rigorous.

Workout: doing two parts in a day, so that would be 6 parts in 3 days

Mon: Chest & Trisceps

Tue: Back & Bisceps

Wed: Shoulders & Thighs

Thur: Cardio & Abs (or rest)

Repeat above for other 3 days.

Is this ok?

Food: This is kinda tricky as i have night shift. A proper dinner, no lunch, light breakfast. Avoiding oil, butter, cheese. junk food (pizza, burger, sandwich) - once/twice a month.

I haven't done any BWI. But when i started, I weighed myself at 219 lbs. Weighed 3 days back. Showed 213 lbs. Target: 180 lbs in 6 months.

Is it achievable? What changes should i do? Please suggest.

Thank You

Well, i have only bought whey protein (either optimum nutrition or myofusion) from this guy and when I checked with others, its was a good price. Recently I paid 3100 for 5lbs myofusion. I guess you can let him know that his prices are on the higher side, and you will only buy from him, if he can match it.

godog, since you mention an akhara, have you tried this exercise.
A pehelwan friend of mine taught me this. And I don't remember its name.

Lift a large round weight. I use the 10 kgs Rubber weight that is used for regular bench press and stuff. The diameter should be at least as wide as your shoulders.
Bring the weight in front of your chest holding it such that your hands are perpendicular to the body and parallel to the ground. Now you lift the weight and rotate your arms around so that the weight ring goes behind your head with your right hand above your head. Bring it back to original position by rotating your arms with the left hand now going over your head.

I find this as an excellent work out for releasing pressure in the neck and making it stronger.

If you know this exercise, can you tell me what is it called.
Thanks.

I had worked out earlier for about 4 months but gave up disappointed with the results. Currently, I'm 70 kgs, 6 feet tall and almost 20 years old. Now, i'm planning to start again.

Can someone please assist me with the right kind of workout ?

my questions
1- Is one body part a day enough or should I do two ?
2- How many exercises per body part ?
3- How important are supplements, I eat a lot but don't seem to gain much muscle.

Please please assist me and provide me with some answers.

You must also state your earlier routines and diet cos 4 months is a good period to see some change.
1. As you are starting try one body part for atleast 2 months and then move to 2 ody parts a day.
2.- at start 3-4 exercies are sufficient.
3.- Supplements only help if you have a good diet and workout. As per your weight and height it seems you need a mass gainer for some bulking up. So try a good mass gainer which has decent protein quanity in it and use it wisely with the workouts.

From the little that I understand from reading about the form, it sounds dangerous to the cervical region. Please use extreme caution.

Anyone who can reply to my query above?

Golds was crazily overpriced in faridabad. I end up paying for facilities I don't really care about. Add himbos to the equation and I try to find excuses for not going there.

Besides, gold's is going to be in Indirapuram and it is under construction, last I heard.

Who gave you the report?

Hi guys,

I needed your advice on some fat burners.

First some history. I'm 5' 10". I was 99 kg and have reduced it to 87 kg in the last 6 months. I did only cardio workout to achieve this. Some strict sugar-free diet and 30g of whey protein after workout has obviously helped. Now for the last few days, my weight is kind of constant. Can I take some fat burners to accelerate the process? I workout for 4-5 days a week. Recently, I have taken to basic weights also.

Thanks in advance for your advice.

EDIT: One more thing: Has anybody tried
1. Cytosport - Complete Whey Protein
2. Cytosport - Evopro
Tell me if I'm going to gain weight/fat by taking these?
Thanks!
