Forget Coke and Pepsi, our very own Frooti contains Insects.. and that too visible!

In scorching summer heat, today i decided to get myself some chilled Frooti drink.. i gulped more than half of it, before noticing an insect . Yes! a visible insect. The bottle was completely sealed when i bought it. I dont know what to do, i just want to defame this manufacturing company "Explicit Trading and Marketing (A unit of Parle Agro Pvt. Ltd.)"

Should i mail them, or should i go to the consumer court?
Its not about the 18 rupees i spent on it, its the way these ppl take consumers for granted.

Man i would be so damn pissed off if that were to happen to me. I guess dragging them to court is an option other than that you can contact the local newspapers about this.

I just wished i had not drunk half of the bottle and kept the seal intact before noticing the insect. That would have made my case more strong..

Why don't you approach the television networks?!
They'll make enough hype to defame it.

going to court with that bottle will nopt be a good idea as the company will some how say that the insect might have gone after opning the bottle. What you can do is go to the media and let them gain some TRP on that.

Not only the Manufacturer but also the dealer who had stocked it for selling is also responsible, Coz he shud also check the bottle b4 he serves it 2 the consumer.

Coz if the dealer checks the bottles it wud b directly send back 2 the company.

I don't think u can do much about this...Only if the bottle wasn't opened u could have stormed right to the court have ur say. But now, they can just say something like its ur fault, or maybe u put it in it

Last month or so, some guy here found a 'rats tail' inside a Mirinda 500ml bottle...yuck!!!!
