Dude !! If you have a broadband connection, you can already have the game

A friend of mine from Bombay has played the game. Full version not DEMO. And that too the collector's edition.

Of course, he hasnt completed the game but he is in the process of playing it.,

Dude i also know the game is available by illegal means but i am waiting for original DVD's to play online. Though its available for Rs. 100 in market LOL..

An update my UK friend says that SOUNDTRACKS ARE GR8.... Not too much metal / rock but they are good. Graphics almost simmilar to MOST WANTED but they are better plus the gameplay is good. One sure thing he says about the game is that its lighter than MOST WANTED too.

you cant compare GTR 2 and NFS Carbon.

I have GTR 2 and it is bloody tough !! It is a true simulation game. You really need to concentrate if you have to do well in this game

LOL its only got released 24 hours before and he allready played it. DUDE we are talking about CARBON and not MOST WANTED.
Played it on PS2. A friend got a copy from national market (Bangalore).

It's really horrible. Cars take turns at insane speeds without sliding. There's no diff between the way RWD and FWD cars handle.

My 13 yr old cousin was keeping up with me bcos all he had to do was turn when the corners came and the car would oblige. I then made him play GT4 and believe it or not, he was struggling just to keep the damn car on track.

NFS Carbon and the likes, is ok if you're not a serious driver. It's a game and does what a game should do.....entertain!!! (which explains it's huge fan following). But, if you think it's gonna help turn you into a better driver......think again.

Tell you what guys, lets have a "Blore GT4 Meet" one of these days. Once you get hooked onto this one, you wont even look at anything else.

You are right its not a driver oriented game its a fun game. My frnd is also stating this he terms GTR as a driver oriented game. Though he is finding the game pretty good till now. I am gonna go get the DVD by next week and will post screen shots and will let ya know.

the ps2 platform is very differnt when compared to the PC platform the controls differ a lot.....I just few days ago played the most wanted on the ps2 the graphics were like playing on a pc with 640 x 480 resolustion with all the effect switched off....also the joystick was very much responsive and car could not be controlled....but on the PC it was different......
