Guys I need to fill my CAP form but every time I am half way through a error shows up and my form isnt accepted please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got my problem solved.
It was the DTE's Server that couldnt handle the heavy traffic.
I think if they introduce such things they need to be prepared,I got my half form filled,many couldnt even login.Who is responsible if they cant fill it up.....
