R.I.P. Robin Williams

Robin Williams is gone. Gonna miss him.

Quote:
Legendary actor and comedian Robin Williams died on Monday, a suspected suicide. He was 63.

The Marin County coroner said in a statement that the death was suspected "to be a suicide due to asphyxia."

"Robin Williams passed away this morning. He has been battling severe depression of late," said the comedian's spokeswoman Mara Buxbaum. "This is a tragic and sudden loss. The family respectfully asks for their privacy as they grieve during this very difficult time."

It's such an irony that the ones that make us laugh the most are often unable to find happiness themselves. RIP Robin Williams. You gave us some great moments on screen: Mrs Doubtfire is still the most lovable nanny you could wish for, and that scene where Will Hunting is told "It's not your fault" repeatedly till he breaks down is one of my favourite of all time.

Make that two. Always watch that movie whenever it comes esp that scene. And the one where he ridicules the Field's Medal. The other movie being Dead poet's society.

Rest in peace Robbin.
Very sad to hear about his death. One of the few extremely talented actors. In fact I was watching Jumanji the other day and was admiring his acting skills. Loved 'Good Morning Vietnam.'

Tragic news. I frequently use examples from Robin Williams movies in my training sessions. His movies have powerful messages delivered in a subtle and humorous way. Rest in peace Robin.

A tragic news to wake up to. R.I.P. Robin Williams.

Some of his quotes were really touching and thoughtful. I’ll never forget his role in Good Will Hunting. What a damn inspirational movie!

Knowing that someone who gave you so much joy for so many years should die a death due to depression and suicide is so terribly saddening. How I wish I could do even one tenths of a percent of what Robin Williams did for me to. RIP Robin Williams, you will be missed.

Just the other day, I was watching sitcom Friends and ROBIN has once made a special apperance in Season 2. From the most adorable NANNY to the robot who falls in love with his master's daughter in The BICENTENNIAL man, Robin was effortless.
RIP legend.
