Need a Vintage Car for Hire...

:THREAD BUMP:

Looking for some help from the Pune Vintage/Classic car guys! My elder brother is getting married in May and is looking for a car for the wedding! Not picky about the brand/model as long as it is white/creme/off-white!

I understand most classic/vintage car collectors will probably gawk at such a requirement as they dote over their vehicles, however there's no harm in trying, and where better to try than this forum!

Required to run from Home to St.Patricks Cathedral to the R.W.I.T.C, Pune.

A total of 2.0 Kms!!!!

Sorry to hijack the thread, this could be renamed to "Vintage/Classic car for rent"

PS: Going to the Vintage/Classic Car Show @ Ganesh Kala Krida Manch tomorrow morning hoping to get some leads! (25th-26th Feb, 2012)

What kind of car (size, shape, open/closed etc) are you interested in? If you have a particular model in mind, it could help. What is your budget?

It's for a wedding reception..so anything which looks great for photographs particularly open tops. But I'm open to the actual options available.

Sent you an SMS with the contact person's details. They have a big tourer and a small tourer and you may choose what suits your requirement. The car and driver would be available for 8 hours.

Cant think of a better place to put up this request!

We looking for a nice vintage convertible car for a wedding reception at the Faluknama Palace in Hyderabad. THe couple have to arrive in the car - so has to be driveable.

Price no bar. Any contacts would be appreciated.

Needed around the last week of July.

Looking for really stately cars - a Rolls, Cadillac, Packard etc if possible.
