pls see message sent to members of a motor sports club:

quote
Many of our members own and drive new generation cars whose peak performance depends on the fuel they use. At present 91 octane fuel is available in the City.

An oil major is willing to supply 95 octane fuel in select retail
outlets, provided there is sufficient demand for the product.

Members who would like to switch to this fuel are requested to
indicate their approximate monthly offtake, which will be conveyed to the oil major to help them take a decision.
