Flipkart enters the Automotive segment (audio, accessories etc.)

FLIPKART has found another niche market in auto enthusiasts and I hope they can "DELIVER" and fill the gap.

They have begun with basic car exterior detailing products but below are also worth a look.

Audio (audiophiles PLS stay away, you wont even like the stuff).

Absolutely junk collection.

I guess till the time they can offer some value in their offerings, Flipkart will never regain its lost ground.

They had entered the market earlier with us (Carkhana) as their main backend suppliers. However, at that time, due to the nascent demand, we had only been supplying GPS etc to them.

I welcome their decision to enter the segment properly as it will help streamline the process from the supplier side as well.

However, a Formula 1 wax for <300?? I guess I know where they are getting their stuff from. They should stick to branded stuff/ reliable suppliers only.

Even i just saw the automotive segment on flipkart. I have a big doubt. Can we get seat covers for our cars like the swift etc for less than a 1000 bucks ?

hi aditya, checked this link above... i thought seat covers came for 5k and above. these are cheap. i feel like buying a set. please advise

Hi, personally I would not advise to get these seat covers as I am sure they would be of very cheap quality. Search around more to get few other options.

I guess someone else can also comment on the same.
