When do you wear seatbelts?

i usually wear seat belts only while taking the car for long drives in highway.
i feel there is no need for seatbelts in city's bumper to bumper traffic as the car will be moving very slow!

Always wear them on the highways, also wear them in the city when I am on the faster roads like the ring roads, don't wear them if I am driving in the neighbourhood or if I know speeds are going to be slow either by choice or due to the traffic.

I wear my seatbelt, from the moment i sit in the car. I have no option cause theres an continuous beep if the passenger or I dont wear seatbelts, once the cars in motion.

In my U-VA or any modern car I ALWAYS wear my seatbelt even when moving my car from one parking slot to other (10 feet distance). However in my Fiat with factory fitted seat belts (people who have seen them would surely agree with me), I know they are of no use, so I never wear them.

its kind of second nature now that as soon as i sit in the car i put on the seat belts.i dont even realise now that i have put on the seat belts.
