Re-Check anyone?

It seems like the timings have be re-scheduled. FYI, tried viewing the following and its not quite "on - air" as of now.

Saturday
11.30 AM Times Drive - Times Now
11.30 AM Autoshow - CNBC 18

Does anyone have the updated timings for the shows this weekend?

God Bless!

TmesDrive went on air at 10.30am itself today. There is a repeat telecast at 6.30pm where you can catch Joel Perrira ripping the Z4.

OverDrive at CNBC 18 starts at 1.00pm.

And ofcourse our Patankar will go on air @ 4.30pm on NDTV talking about the curves and headlamps of some non-descript car.

Yep, I watched both TimesDrive and OverDrive at 1030 AM and 1 PM today.

But for the past month, I've been watching 'Drive It' on DW TV at 11 am on Sundays---I find it far more interesting. Most people who don't have Hathway STB have not seen it. But I rate it better than what we get on Desi channels. By the way, it is German TV--DW stands for DeutcheWelle. The show is repeated at around 9pm or 10 pm on Sunday nights.

What I like is that they not only showcase modern hatchbacks, but they also show the effect of headlight levelling, branded Vs unbranded headligt upgrades etc. In one such show, they compared Phillips and Osram headlights with local stuff and asked viewers not to get fooled by luminescence rating in 'Candles' unit of measure.

Yes I do.

I actually enjoy the Car & Bike Show and All About My Car Honey on NDTV. Have you seen an episode?

Times Drive has a section on celebrity cars that is quite interesting though you can tell how little they know about cars in some of their reviews.

I don't watch too much of the Autocar show but thats only because they dont have a dedicated channel. Renuka Kriplani seems to know her stuff on that show.

I get what you're trying to say though, a lot of these hosts dont know much about cars. However you have to take what you get and you dont get India-centric video content anywhere else.

Mahindra AQ quiz contest show, now on NDTV Profit

M&M had recently started a new contest called Mahindra AQ or Auto Quotient. The concept had actually started within Mahindra employees. They have been conducting an elaborate internal auto quiz for the past three years. Now they have made it into a big event open for all. Well not open for all actually but open for all bonafide engineering colleges. As the contest was announced and the entries were made open, a large number of engineering colleges showed immense enthusiasm for the event. The final show of this event is being telecast on NDTV Profit. I think the first one being telecast is the west zone regional finals. Ther telecast is on 21st Nov at 8.30 pm and 22nd Nov at 12.00 pm.
