correct
1:43 is Rs 1795/-
the 1:18 as you said is about 4 grand
all these are limited editions - come in a special airforce blue limited edition pack.
they have lots of the small 1:43 ones - I counted about 4 or 5 yesterday.
they also have a mighty little dark blue Aston V8 vantage 1:18 - 3495
and a Lotus Elite 1:18 also 3495 and a beautiful BMW 324 1:18 vintage with spoke wheels possibly made by Franklin Mint -also 3495.
gorgeous but this particular cupboard of mine aint got no space in it for 1:18's. Thats why I keep buying the smaller 1:43's and they are less expensive - ranging from 600 to 1450 each.
And Dippy you're right - the small 1:43's are simply gorgeous, as nice as the 1:18's in every respect except size.

cheers

1:18 Veyron for 4k? Are you sure about it. I havent come across a single place selling the production version for less than $150.

@Dippy - Please let me know if you find any place selling the Veyron in Mumbai.

Was it fully blue or light blue and silver. If it was fully blue you probably saw the Bugatti Chiron and not the Veyron.

why don't you try ordering it from someone who is coming back from the states or China or something?

I was going to order the Veyron from Ebay through my cousin but the prices are insane. On top of that my cousin just gifts them to me, so I was feeling a bit odd asking for the Veyron this time around, hence settled for the Shelby and the Reventon.

I also spoke to the guy who was associated with Model Art in Mumbai. he told me there are no Veyrons around since the past 1.5 years. Khanak, i will keep an eye out though

Another piece of news. Nikhil of Gift centre said he had received 4 pieces of the new GTR from Autoart which he sold for 4000/- each. Nitroxx visited the place today and had called up from there. Strange because i havent seen the GTR anywhere on the net either.

Dippy it was an error on Nikhil's part. Cause he mistook GTR to the R34. When we specifically asked him about R35 he said he will have to cross check..

But guys chuck everything. Nikhil also told me and Nitroxx that somebody from Jaipur i suppose has already ordered a custom make 1:2 scale model for 23lakhs. Now beat that.

I thought as much because I checked the AA website and there is no mention of the new GTR. Beemer had mentioned earlier that the prototypes were going to be displayed at a show soon.

The prototypes have already been displayed. I believe Maisto, Kyosho and Autoart will be making this model.
