Folks... took it to the repair shop last night and got it fixed Super glue did the trick ... however it jammed the wheel... wheels dont rotate ne more, i can only steer them left or right

Hey Gagan, I think MODELART has opened a branch of it in Delhi also apart from Mumbai and Bangalore.

Have a look there...you fwill find almost all you want, and maybe more...

Shoppers Stop has 1:18 models of F1 cars by HotWheels. Check in the toys section. They dont have the entire range but jst Kimi, Schumi nd Alonso. I picked one up today.

Hi all, wonderful thread!!

Good to see so many grown with and living with Automotive lust

Just wanted to ask if anyone have the "Matchbox" series of scale model cars, normally made in England during the 1975-'80 times? (before the toy industry moved to China and the cheaper side of EU)

I have a whole lot of them, all still in sort of 'show'able condition. Have managed to keep them safe even after 5 years of rough play during 1980-1985.

Tell me how do I post the pics in this forum before I gain 50 shots on my post meter? I can show them to you all co-kids.

Off-track: And ever heard of the "Mehano" rail sets? Have a few of them too.

Matchbox cars arent really scale models . They arent as accurate as scale models. Theyre great fun to play with though. I still have a full box full
