1:43 Jaguar C-Type/XK120C (AutoArt)

Detailing is quite exquisite - note the side exhausts, wire wheels, fuel-lid, bonnet lock on side fender, grille with ribbed texture, external bonnet and door hinges, and the interior with red seats, wood-finish steering wheel and green coloured fire extinguisher.

@jessie007: Nice Jaguar, loved the detailing completly.

@rishikesh: I have seen those bike's @ bajaj Showroom Spare Parts counter 10 months ago, the quality was nice but over priced (the one you show is at a cheaper price), If they had the Avenger I would have got it.

@Shankar: don't be lazy, you have also not shown the details for the Welly Miura SV.

Hey you're right NOS Power. I too wondered why it was looking different - the 300 SL gullwing has circular headlamps, and a different front piece.
But beautiful model, Shankar !

is it really 1:10?

I don't remember the scale, but i had seen pictures of this model in another forum and it was mentioned as bought from a probiking showroom at bangalore at some 500plus bucks

After reading that i checked at probiking store in trivandrum and enquired about it,had a hard time to make them understand what is a scale model.they haven't heard about it

quality was nice from pictures even the centre stand and suspension are working as in an original one

yes NOS you're absolutely right
it IS the 300 SLR Uhlenhaut coupe that I got in 1:18 from Maisto and NOT the Gullwing - my mistake for writing Gull wing in my post- but the doors of the Uhlenhaut indeed look very similar to the Gull wing design!

and I got 4 more little 1:43 chaps yesterday evening - quite by chance. later today evening I will post the pics.
2 nice mercs and 2 nice classic american cars.

and Manish - I know I am an extremely lazy chap about opening the box, cutting off the tapes and then unscrewing the car from its mountings and then painstakingly photographing them.
However, I will do this soon definitely.

and Jessie007 I have exactly the same Jag C Type from Auto Art in 1:43 - it is indeed an exquisite car! also got a similar freelander to yours which I posted last week sometime. Mine is in Yellow though from some other manufacturer. Very cute it looks.
