All three of my RR models for your viewing pleasure. As a child it was my dream to one day own a RR. As an adult I settled for the 1:18's. The heart is willing but the purse protests.
Huge-huge thanks for such awesome pics, I have downloaded few to use as wallpaper.
RR Phantom (2003) Series-I remains my favorite & few yeas back I had picked 1:18 RR Phantom Scale Model.
Recently was able to get 1:24 scale model from Amazon but the color selection was not on choice, so got black while I wanted a maroon colored one.
I also keep wishing that if my wish-fairy drops a blank cheque, the first thing I will buy is RR Phantom, even if its pre-worshipped.

Regards.

.Car lovers think alike. My wallpapers alternate between by car and aircraft models.

Now it is your turn to show off your models with as many photos as you can. Eagerly awaiting. I hope the Milli is doing fine.

Re: The Scale Model Thread

Some of the new adds to my 1/64 collection.
I have decided to keep posting the collection here regularly like I did, for a while, long back.

Here are the 1/64 Ignition Model Pandem Civic EG6 and the Rocket Bunny RX-7

Some quick pictures.

.
These looks like good quality Hotwheels. What is the price like 300-400?

Hotwheels are great and I would never compare them with these simply because these are proper 1/64 scale models. Photos do not do justice. I will try and click some good pictures. They are highly detailed for their scale which the brand "Ignition Model" is well known for. The price is slightly higher than what you expected. More like 3000-4000 if you buy them at the right time.

Here are some pictures of a 1/64 Porsche RWB 930 from a different brand called Tarmac Works.

Lovely Porsche! This is a special Member's edition limited to 1500. I find that the details are good on Tarmac works cars but the wheels don't roll. Do they roll on the 911?

I collect MiniGT, TLV and Autoworld...real 64 scale...have around 500 cars between them.

Lovely! Do share your collection. I would love to see some 1/64s.

To be honest, I do not like Tarmac much. But these RWBs are amazing. No rolling wheels is not a deal-breaker for me at all. What I love are details. Hence, I only try to focus on TLVs and Ignition Model in 1/64 as much as possible. But the interesting subject matter from these other brands like MiniGT, BM Creations, Peako and other upcoming ones do make me want them.

Thank you,Sir. I got only one Tarmac works..the first RWB..to see they were overpriced...and stopped there. TLV,AW and MiniGT have my attention. Here are a few pictures from my collection.

I notice you keep the cars in the original packing and do not remove it and place in a showcase. Any reason for that. Just asking in case there is something I can learn. While I preserve the box and inner thermacol I tend to place the car inside a glass showcase. Thankyou for posting pictures of these simply gorgeous cars.

My pleasure, sir .
Nothing particular about the cars in the thermocol. I am still to build showcases for my entire collection.
