@abhishek_bmw,Cyrus43: thanks for the comments,i was looking for a reventon but only 1:18 RC is availbale in tvm.got it from a friend of mine who bought it from dubai ,detailing is fine,not much finish in front end and only engine hood opens.will post more pics soon.

@Cyrus43 : go for it 1:18 is the best bet

@hanmust : are there shops with good collection in cochin,where sholud i be looking?

Could you please show some close up shots of the bracket. I did a scissor door setup on an S 500 a few years ago too. Maybe we can share ideas and improve on em.

sure ill post some pictures...but im not much into modifying scale models..this particular scale model was bought by my friend but unfortunately he couldn't take proper care of it..so he gave it to me in a very bad condition and i just modified it to kill time

RPMPKDMFF, nice collection. I too have a Tom Daniels Tijuana Taxi Hotrod .

I love the Tijuana Taxi, the design is amazing. TD is a fine designer. The only problem I have with the TD Diecasts are the fact that most of the body work is not 'diecast'... the chassis is, but the body is plastic, otherwise the designs are amazing.

Will get some pictures up of the display unit. I had posted some up a long time ago.
