Cyrus, i just love your 3 series. Looks lovely!
Between, did you give it a new coat of paint, or was that the original color?

Why didnt you continue the stripes to the roof as well?

Infractions: 0/3 (12)

this merc is too cool
yes last time I went there I saw one really nice Land Rover Series 1 - but it was broken - so despite the discount I didnt want to pick it up.

landmark in bangalore by contrast is pretty sad.

now that Landmark per se been taken over by Westside/ Trent the products on offer are no longer as personalized as they used to be when Landmark was a privately held company. Even the books are haphazard and the shop is no longer the browser's haven it used to be - its become a total mess.

[quote=manishalive;1517651][quote=amit V8;1516922]well that shop is the only one which stores autoart models in kolkata and i got my 1:18 chevelle at less than half the price from there only. keep your eyes open there are a lot of cool cars lying here and there.
Quote:

Ya some times you can get real lucky, Landmark in Spencer Plaza Chennai would give super cool 1:18 cars with battered boxes at 50% discount . Got my 722 mercedes @ 650 bucks (cover price of 1395). I regrett moving out of that city. Here is the picture of her.

Ford F-150 Raptor goes off-roading (accompanied by a Hummer)

So the story begins...

The new Ford F-150 Raptor was tested through some of the dangerous Passes at Beck Bagan, Kolkata. the back up / camera crew followed them in a Hummer H3.

En route Tulsi Pass:

The Scale Model Thread-2-tulsi-pass.jpg

muddy route:
The Scale Model Thread-3-muddy-route.jpg

There was a land slide - lots trees were uprooted
The Scale Model Thread-4-land-slide-brought-down-.jpg
The Scale Model Thread-5-hummer-going-through.jpg

on the way back the Hummer got stuck:

but somehow it makes it, followed by the F-150 (see one wheel on air)

Pipe Pass:

going through Gabbar Pass (note: mossy track)
The Scale Model Thread-12-some-feet.jpg

another land slide made it impossible for them to go ahead and they had to turn back:

the gap was very narrow...

Test Drive Report - to be covered in the Initial Test Drive Section - soon

Hope you like them.

Make - F-150 (Maisto), H3 (Matchbox)

Indian Cars from the Centy toys the HM Ambassador and the MM540DP. I painted the ambassador from Red to Green and Black, the finish is horrible so is the shade of green, but I am not doing over again.

Thanks Cyrus. Thats the orginal paint.

I am not good in hand skills (painting) so i think it would hard for me to change the color but i would on your idea of strips.

The Audi A8.
Awesome shots! One question: How come just the wheels are turning instead of the whole car going forward?
