Thanks guys, here are some details

The Miura 1:18 is an Anson......found it in a hobby store clearance sale, and bagged it for a huge discount.

The 1:24 AAR 'cuda is a Revell assembly kit....the detail is quite mind boggling, and the skills one needs to assemble it are way above me..... this was bought along with the Miura

And about the 1:64's, its not my complete collection..... some more are lying out there in my house. I need to get a Deora I.... and how come no one noticed the '67 Prowler? One of the very first hotwheels designs, if I am not mistaken.
Ive gone a bit crazy on the American muscle with respect to my 1:64's, will take more detailed pics and post later.

I'm not an active collector or anything ( being an impoverished student doesnt help), but I'm looking to add a Ferrari next to my collection, hopefully an F50.

Coming up: pics of my bikes, my sole 1:32, and detailed pics of the cars.

@BEEMER, the 3 Series is a UT got it free with a mag subscription, unusually heavy and very low in detailing! Will work on the RD project!!

Mav!

@someshb - nice bulls you got there, which brand are they. Love the Gallardo. Like the color of the Murci a lot, not a fan of the wheels, the custom rims on some tend to overdo it.

I have the Gallardo in 1:18 from Maisto, but not the Spyder version. Trying to get the whole lineup

@RPM-that car has some serious modification capacity.Paint the wheels black. Is the interior 2tone?

I know most of you hold modding of these models with low regard but the felling of uniqueness you get with doing it is amazing. I can proudly say that i have the only 1:24 Maisto S500 with scissor doors. And it gives me pride every time i see the car.

@GTA - subtle mods are fine, the interior isn't two tone, but have been contemplating dismantling the car and working on the interior.

I had seen a Spyder Version 1:18 at Landmark, Blr in Dec 07 - Yellow colour it was offered for 40% discount as the packaging had a issue. Regretting i did not pick up then, still looking for one in yellow.

Somesh: The color looks very good where did you pick it up from.

hey,
Subtle mods are those that make ALL the difference. IMHO, paint the wheels black and two tone the interior. If you were in mumbai, i would have done it for you. Also as it is a Maisto, the headlights and tail lights aint very good. So you could soke them. But dont apply paint from the top. Paint the inside of the glasses after dismantling them.

Happy Modding,
GTA

GTA, chrome is a dog to paint on unless you strip it completely. Then you run the chance of ruining the wheels while stripping off the chrome. You should also have some decent equipment like an airbrush and some good paint to get the proper effect. Been there and done that and in the process ruined a already screwed up HW Corvette.
