Not darkened. That layer was missing.

Sure. There's nothing to hide here. Here you go.

Only difference is in processing. And as you're here in Bangalore, please feel free to step into my poor home to see those in large sizes. Very often I feel JPEG compressed view is a curse.

Thanks Rudra! I shall definitely drop by sometime. Really curious to see the detailing that goes into your pics. Also, the secret behind how you shoot scale models.

@TG: good one... let me guess the exif of this one. 1/60 secs, ISO 200, 100mm, f/8? (Assuming it is real motion blur.) want to know how close those guesses are... please share the actual values...

I am always a lot closer to my subjects than you think , and the blur is not PSed. Congrats on bookin the new car! I love it!

Exposure: 0.01 sec (1/100)
Aperture: f/22.0
Focal Length: 50 mm

hey i've got the same camera. but i'm sure I'm not an expert at extracting the best out of it. I'm definitely not going to buy another camera for a while (vit M prob) so, would help if you can share some tips and tricks.
