A little more dynamic range, and cloning out traffic would have made this a better shot.

Well, when shooting directly at the sun, how much dynamic range is enough?

BTW, that's an excellent shot. Can't shoot that just anywhere.

straight out of camera.

Which camera do you use? Is this taken with in built HDR option or some other creative setting? Used CPL? Difficult to believe that it is straight from camera otherwise.

its difficult to believe its a straight from the camera. for the 1st pic, we can clearly make out he used camera flash but hardly seen reflection on car. for the second picture, he smoothened.

Flash was not used.
Its due to GND you think flash is used.
